Issiaka specializes in extractive industries law, particularly in legal and regulatory compliance including permitting, due diligence and audits. He also advises investors and corporates on corporate and governance matters.
Issiaka began his career in the in-house department of the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation, later joining a company in the extractive sector in Guinea, where he worked for three years as a legal counsel before joining ADNA in September 2025.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in mining law, a Master II in Mining and Petroleum Law, and well as a Master’s in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management.
